I have finished row 2.  There was one place where I messed up and had to take a ring out and redo it.  I was able to hide the ends.  Here is a picture of what I have finished so far.

 It took me 24 minutes to complete one repeat of row 2.  For a total time of 3 hours and 12 minutes.  I didn't time row 1.  But I will be making more for snowflakes.

I started with the chain and a paperclip, so I could do a slip ring and go to the next row with out cutting.

As you can see I did it.  Then came the next ring.  I am not sure I did it right but this is what I have so far.

I couldn't figure out how I should work it so I could go to the next row, so I just added a double thread to the first chain. At least I made it 2 rows.  This is a new idea changing the pattern to do slip rings and slip chains.

I am working on the Tat-along lace Mat Pattern by Norma Benporath Chart drawn by Jon Yusoff I am still working on row 1. I started it in White.

This is the picture of what the completed doily should look like when it is finished.

I am working on the points now.  I haven't timed how long it takes to do one point yet.
